Provider and system failures cost no credits. Paid plans include a content-failure allowance before the disclosed 0.25-credit excess charge applies to private, unavailable, over-ten-minute, or no-speech videos.
ReelToText does not write source media to application storage. Extracted audio is held in server memory only for the active request. Regular transcript cache entries expire after 72 hours; the designated public demo transcript is retained to avoid repeated provider calls.
