Can a failed Reel use credits?

Provider and system failures never use credits. Paid plans include a content-failure allowance; after that allowance, a private, unavailable, over-ten-minute, or no-speech video uses 0.25 credit after you confirm the warning.

Do free downloads include a watermark?

No. TXT, SRT and VTT files from the free tool do not include a watermark.
